CURTAIN
Safeline-type sections made of a 40 mm thick sandwich panel, consisting of pre-painted sheet metal skins with CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation, density 40 kg/m³, with a thermal insulation coefficient of 1.95 W/m²K.
The smooth external finish makes the door elegant and resistant to impact, while the internal surface features a scratch-resistant finish.
Special wind-resistant rollers ensure fast and quiet movement.
TRANSPARENT VIEWING PANELS (optional)
- Upon request, transparent panels can be supplied with an aluminium frame and 4 mm thick clear solid polycarbonate sheets.
- The viewing windows are divided by aluminium profiles, and the quantity is determined according to the door width.
MOTORISATION
- Heavy-duty geared motor with variable-speed inverter; maximum opening speed 2.5 m/sec and maximum closing speed 0.6 m/sec, directly mounted on the winding shaft. Electric motor with permanently lubricated worm gearbox and emergency hand crank.
- Electronic limit switch with encoder, with digital adjustment directly from the control panel.
- Control panel with inverter and electronic programming, settings/status display and push buttons for UP-DOWN-STOP operation. Adjustable opening and closing speeds with deceleration and limit positions for curtain movement. Compatible with all opening and safety systems, traffic lights and other devices. Automatic door closing, partial opening, operation check, cycle counter and locking system for maintenance assistance.
- Maximum safety, virtually maintenance-free operation and simple control.
- Multi-beam photocell safety barrier, H 2500 mm, with sequential activation.
